Who doesn't love a good vegan pizza recipe? Especially if it's an easy pizza recipe, right?!

We all know the vegan pizza staples: Veggie pizza with some kind of mock cheese.

Not that there's anything wrong with that, I love a good old vegan pizza recipe.

However, today we're getting a little more creative with our vegan pizza recipe.

So today we're making a vegan chorizo pizza.

You read correctly! A vegan chorizo pizza, inspired by Spanish cuisine!

It's not only easy and quick, but absolutely delicious!

You can buy a pre-made vegan chorizo or you can make your own, I actually have a really good vegan chorizo recipe on the blog if you want to check out! No weird vegan ingredients, promised!

Okay, we have already said that this vegan pizza recipe is yummy as hell but we haven't said how inexpensive it is... less than 2$ per pizza! Isn't that crazy?

So we are going to have a REALLY cheap vegan pizza night, maybe with some Netflix and chill. That sounds like heaven to me!

Enough talking now, let's get to the vegan pizza recipe!

-Pizza crust. You can buy it pre-made or make it at home. If the last one is your choice I recommend you to try the one we have on our blog. It's a lifesaver! Easy, simple, quick, delicious and REALLY CHEAP to make.
-Tomato sauce.
-1/2 red pepper.
-1/2 onion.
-Vegan chorizo. You have the recipe here. No weird ingredients, promised!
-Pumpkin seeds (or your prefered ones)
-Vegan chorizo (you can either choose to make it at home or a store bought)

-Preheat your oven at 350 (180)
-Extend your pizza crust onto an oven tray. (Homemade recipe here).
TIP: Don't forget to use parchment paper to avoid the pizza from sticking onto the tray.
-Add enough tomato sauce to cover up the whole crust leaving the borders. It's up to you how moist you want your pizza, if you are a tomtate sauce lover, do not hesitate to load up!
-Place the pizza inside the oven for approx. 12 minutes, or until you the bottom part starts to get the typical brownish colour.
-Meanwhile, cut the red pepper and onion into thin slices.
-Retire the pizza from the oven and place your toppings: Red pepper, Onions and vegan chorizo.
-Put the pizza back in the oven for 15 minutes.
-Add your pumpkin seeds and volià! Ready to enjoy!
